We offer four sessions during the course of our year. The first two are 14 weeks long and the last two are 7 weeks long. Sessional classes include all Adult classes, Junior, Youth & Teen Hip Hop, Break Dance, as well as our Parent & Tot Sing Along and Kinderdance Storytime.
The cost for a 14 week session is $220.50 and $110.25 for
a 7-week session. Full payment must be received upon registration. A $53.50 administration fee will be charged if withdrawing before the first day of the session. No refund will be given once the session has begun.
CHILDREN'S PROGRAMS:
Parent & Tot Sing Along (2-4yrs.): What a fun way to introduce your toddler to music, sing along songs and creative movement. This class will encourage motor skills and expression. It is a sessional class that will not participate in the recital.
Kinderdance Storytime (3-5 yrs.): This class will use props and stories to introduce dance and creative movement. It is a sessional class that will not participate in the recital.
ADULT PROGRAMS:
Whether you have two left feet or are semi-pro,
all of our adult classes are sure to make you sweat,
smile and keep you in great shape! Absolute dance is
now offering more unique styles of dance at convenient
times, daytime and evenings. What a great way to spend
time with your friends and stay healthy and fit! Unless
there is interest - Adult classes will not participate
in the recital.
NEW CLASS! Zumba:
This class is an introduction to several forms of Latin
Dance also incorporating high energy fitness and cardio!
Belly Dance Intro: This class focuses on basic belly dance technique with elements of core strength and cardiovascular fitness, while exploring the beauty and grace of an ancient feminine art form.
Yoga/Pilates: This class will focus on building core strength as well as stretching out those tired muscles.
Indo-Jazz/Bollywood: This form of dance fuses East Indian, jazz and funk all in one! It's the hottest new style of dance that was even featured on the Oscars!
Ballet: This class will develop and improve posture, alignment and technique. An Open level class that will be geared to the individual dancer.
Tap: This class is designed to help with coordination, rhythm and timing. Focusing on intricate footwork and syncopation.
Hip Hop: This class is a high-energy class full of great moves to cool music. Super cardio!
Bootcamp: Interval based training for both men and women designed to work the entire body!
Latin Dance Intro: Ever wondered if your hips could cha cha? Come check it out! Basic Latin steps will be explored in this class.
Couples Latin Dance: Looking for a fun night out with your guy? Tell him you'll wear something sexy!!
Pre Pro Jazz Drop In: Are you a retired competitive dancer looking to maintain your technique and physique? Then weve got the class for you! Rotating guest teachers every few weeks and a variety of styles and combinations will make this class very popular!
