NEW CLASSES STARTING THIS MONTH!
We are excited an additional class on Thursday’s from 5:15-6:15pm. Offering adult Iyengar Yoga. This therapeutic class incorporates sequences that will begin with standing poses. Moving onto flow, followed by back bends, twists, forward bends and will culminate with relaxation. Blocks and alignment tools will be provided. Invite relaxation and mental peace into your week in this one hour beginner class. This class will begin on Thursday February and pilot for six weeks until Thursday April 14th 2016.
Due to an overwhelming number or requests we will be offering Adult Hip Hop on Wednesday’s from 8:15-9:15pm starting Wednesday February 24th until the end of our session (In place of Burlesque fitness).
Please note the following studio closures for holidays and breaks:
- Friday February 12th through Monday February 15th for the Family Day Weekend. Classes resume Tuesday February 16th
- Friday March 18th through Friday April 1st for the March Break. Classes resume Saturday April 2nd.
- Friday May 20th through Monday May 23rd for May Long Weekend. Classes resume Tuesday May 24th
- Thursday June 9th is the last day of the session.
