Class Cancellation & Withdrawal Policies


Refunds will not be issued for a sessional class once the program has begun, unless written medical documentation has been provided. There is a $53.50 cancellation fee if a student withdraws BEFORE the first class of the session.


The office staff must be notified in writing of any class changes or withdrawals in order to adjust payments accordingly. Class fees will be adjusted 1 month after the date on the class change or cancellation form. After January 1st there are NO refunds for withdrawals, unless written medical documentation has been provided. Credits must be used within the same dance season by the same student / family.

Absolute Dance reserves the right to cancel / combine a class or make any necessary adjustments with teachers anytime throughout the dance season.


Credit or refund for your programs will be offered in the event of a Government mandated shut down longer than 30 days. Makeup classes will be offered for shut down shorter than 30 days.  

Credit will only be available for all 6 week, fall and winter session programming. Registration fee, and any costume fees and theatre fees associated with your dancer’s programs are NOT eligible for refund or credit.
