We are thrilled to announce we are adding another new adult class to our weekly schedule… KICKBOXING!

This class will be offered as of Tuesday January 28th from 7:15 – 8:15 pm for an eight week trial session, until Tuesday March 18th, 2014.
All that is required is a pair of supportive sneakers, and a pair of gloves (12-14 oz) that can be purchased prior at any sporting goods store.
Muay Thai and Kickboxing is one the the fastest growing forms of cross fitness around the world, and for good reason.  A full Kickboxing workout will consist of a full body workout with key points being core, legs, arms and glutes.  Along with all the benefits of a full cardio workout you will also be toning muscle, and conditioning muscle memory through drilling certain Kickboxing combos with the resistance of pads.  Muay Thai and Kickboxing is also a great way to relieve stress, increase confidence, balance and agility.  A great workout for people of all fitness levels and one that lets you take your level of involvement to great heights!
