Please choose which classes you’d like to attend for the chosen session. By choosing the day and time, you are booking a reformer slot for that class time for the entire session.

How many classes per week have you signed up for?

The authorized legal representative jointly and severally hereby forever releases, discharges and acquits Absolute Dance Inc. and Studio 5 Reformer Pilates and all their instructors: employees; investors; agents; owners; and directors from any and all claims for damages or injuries of any kind, nature or description. This waiver is to be effective on completion of registration.

REFUND & ATTENDANCE POLICIES
– Registration fees are non-refundable.
– All classes are non-refundable.
– Missed or cancelled classes cannot be reimbursed.
– Classes do not carry over to future days, weeks or sessions.
– Sessions are not frozen, held for later use, or shared.
– No refunds are available once registration is complete.
– Registration remains specific to the selected class within the session. Class changes are not available.

MEDIA RELEASE
– By registering for Studio 5 Reformer Pilates classes you grant our organization permission to photograph, video or record classes or events. These images and recordings may be used for promotional, marketing or educational purposes including our website, social media platforms and printed materials.
