Whether you’re managing low back pain, bladder changes, shifts in libido or energy, or simply craving a renewed love of movement, you’ll find practical, empowering strategies here. Learn how to activate and relax your pelvic floor, build your “Core 4,” and apply these skills to functional exercises you can use throughout your day. Led by a registered women’s health physiotherapist with over 23 years of clinical expertise.
